Every plan starts with the Shakedown.

14 days. Up to 20 controls. No infrastructure changes. No obligation to continue. At the end you get a boardroom-ready report showing exactly how your controls performed and what to fix. The Shakedown is how most customers decide which plan fits their environment.

Common Questions

What people ask before signing up.

Do I need to change anything in my existing stack?

No. Pitwall integrates via API with your existing controls. No agents deployed. No endpoint changes. No changes to your existing architecture. Most teams are live within a day of starting the Shakedown.

What is the minimum stack size?

We recommend a minimum of 10 deployed controls to establish meaningful performance baselines. Pitwall is most effective when there is enough alert volume to identify patterns. The Basic plan covers up to 20 controls.

How does the Shakedown work?

The Shakedown is a 14-day assessment of up to 20 controls run against your live environment. It requires no infrastructure changes and no procurement process. At day 14 you receive a boardroom-ready report. There is no obligation to continue.

Is the Shakedown included in the subscription?

Yes. All plans include the Shakedown assessment. You can also run the Shakedown before committing to a plan — it is the standard starting point for all new customers regardless of which tier they end up on.

What is the difference between auto-diagnosis and auto-remediation?

Auto-diagnosis (Pro and Enterprise) identifies what is wrong with an underperforming control and generates the specific configuration change needed to fix it. Auto-remediation (Enterprise only) enables Pitwall to apply that change automatically after SOC manager approval.

How is Enterprise pricing determined?

Enterprise pricing is based on stack size, environment complexity, and integration requirements. Contact us after completing the Shakedown and we will build a proposal based on what we actually observed in your environment.
